Pafena partners, Lesley and Stephen are attending courses to acquire new Relocation Industry qualifications in Managing International Mobility (MIM).

MIM works on a fixed syllabus basis which sets a benchmark for the delivery of a professional industry qualification, giving certification to individuals.

This in turn allows clients to see that operational staff have reached a level of understanding in the core aspects of service delivery.

The qualifications are accredited by EARP the European Academy of Relocation Professionals.
